Kenosha Foodies is a food club in Kenosha, WI that meets monthly and is hosted on a rotating basis by it's members. The idea is to cook and eat great food and have fun doing it. The host selects a theme for the evening and creates and prepares the menu. Anything goes. Pushing out of the comfort zone is encouraged.

A little teaser


We wanted you to get a little peek at what's in store for you tomorrow. These little gems are top sirloin filets tenderized and flattened, stuffed with dijon mustard, chopped dill pickle, sauteed onion, carrot and bacon. An interesting combination, nein? Once they are braised and served with plenty of jeager gravy and spaetzle, you will be happy eaters. Libby is making great strides with the torte as well. Can't wait! See you tomorrow.

Yet another hit! Everything was great. Well, okay, I wasn't a big fan of the Limburger :)but everything else was terrific. The rouladen was amazing. Falling apart tender and so full of flavor. Amazing! another great evening. Thank you!!
