As the "male" stranded sister, I could not agree more. A heartfelt thanks to the Wynia's for the extensive research and attention to detail that went into our last repast. It's difficult for me to identify a favorite item from the extensive menu. If pressed, I would have to say that the chicken mole was probably most impressive, merely because of the ingredients and time involved ( not to mention it was delicious). The enchiladas were among the very best I have ever had, even in Juarez. All three salsa recipes were stand out dips, but the mango recipe was truly one to repeat.
